Each of Amy’s story express, in words and playful images, all of the important things that we, as parents, want our babies to know. How much we love them, and how very important they are.
My daughter and I cuddled up the other night to read the story* together as a bedtime story – as we turned through the pages she was excited that she knew so many of the locations throughout the world that were mentioned – from Paris to the Outback and many more. My daughter enjoyed anticipating the words, the book has a sweet sing song rhyme to it that makes it a great read a loud.
There was even discussion on “What’s the Blarney Stone?” When we finished the book – the message was clear – being together was the best place to be – my daughter responded “That’s exactly how I feel about you! Can I read it to you now?” Of course I said, “Yes!”
