Easy Week Night Dinner – Campbells Oven Sauces

Easy Week Night Dinner – Mom’s Lifesavers
Mom’s Lifesavers loves cooking in the slow cooker, but every now and then you need some comfort food that doesn’t take time to pre-plan.
When shopping this past week we came across these Campbell’s Oven Sauces and decided to try them out.
All you need to add to the sauce is chicken and vegetables. You can use canned vegetables that you have on hand, frozen or fresh. We made the Classic Roasted Chicken version – it came together so quickly and easily and the biggest surprise – even our pickiest eater loved it!

What We Used
- 2 cans of whole potatoes (no salt added)
- 1 bag of petite carrots
- fresh chicken breast
- 1 pouch of Campbell’s Oven Sauces – Classic Roasted Chicken
We added 2 cans of white potatoes and the bag of petite carrots to the chicken in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Tip: We sprayed the dish with a cooking spray before placing the chicken in the bottom of the pan. Next we added the pouch of Campbell’s Oven Sauce over all the ingredient and put it in the over for 45 minutes. (Depending on the thickness of the chicken you use you may need to cook longer)

One Dish and Done!
Wow! The whole family loved this dinner and we loved that it involved little to no prep work and only one dish. We also gave the Chicken Pot Pie variety a try and that too was hit!
