9 Days Into the #LISTERINE 21 Day Challenge and the Orthodontist Can See A Difference!

Mom’s Lifesavers received a Target gift card to purchase LISTERINE brand products from Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc. and The Motherhood as part of my participation in the LISTERINE 21-Day Challenge. The thoughts and opinions expressed in this post are my own.

My entire family signed on for the  LISTERINE 21-Day Challenge and after only 9 days my son had an appointment with the orthodontist. The orthodontist had taken pictures of his teeth and gums only 8 weeks ago  and we were heading back so that they could take more images.

It was unreal to hear the orthodontist say:

“What are you doing differently with your brushing routine? Your gums look so much better than they did 8 weeks ago.”

Then he showed us the ‘now’ and ‘then’ images.

WOW a noticeable difference after only 9 days of use!

My son was VERY proud to give the doctor the run down on the LISTERINE 21-Day Challenge and that he could even submit his own ‘Swish Selfie’ (below) to help kids get dental care through Smiles Across America. (I was floored, I guess he actually does listen to me sometimes!) He was even willing to let me post a picture of him (above) with his LISTERINE Smart Rinse bottle!

 I’m feeling better about my oral care routine too – I have been using the REACH Gentle Gum Care Floss and I love it! It is labeled as ‘soft woven’ and I’m not sure how it was made but it feels more gentle on my gums and I don’t mind using it. Other flosses I have tried I felt like they were cutting into my gums, this Gentle Gum Care floss is just that!

So, I’m flossing more AND since using the #LISTERINE Antiseptic twice I day I am noticing that I’m waking up with a cleaner feeling mouth and since I started (only 9 days ago) I haven’t had any bleeding gums.
