As a mom of 2, I am always trying to get the kids to brush more thoroughly and take their time (at least 2 minutes)  I have focused so much attention on their oral care routines, that my own habits have gotten pretty lax.

So, how better to improve my own oral care habits than to take the LISTERINE 21 Day Challenge.

My dentist has been recommending LISTERINE Antiseptic for years (I do like the Cool Mint samples I leave the office with) but during my last visit there was more concern with how I brush, what I brush with and adding mouthwash and flossing to my routine and NOT just the week before I have an appointment (LOL).

With my gums receding, my dentist said it was more important than ever that I brush, floss AND rinse twice a day for healthier gums.

Joining the LISTERINE 21 Day Challenge is about committing to better oral care habits. According to research it takes only 21 days  to form a habit!

I am committing to the LISTERINE Challenge and for the next 21 days this will be my routine 2X a day!

• and since I’ll always be a mom – I grabbed some LISTERINE SMART RINSE (Mild Mint flavor) for the kids to join me on my new oral care  commitment!
