Expert Design & Installations

Olde Towne Irrigation’s installation crew and design team provides the highest quality lawn sprinkler systems in the area. They meet clients’ needs in giving them an automatic irrigation system that will maintain a healthy and beautiful landscape. Once you have an initial consultation (free), they begin designing a system that best suits each individual property, to ensure complete and efficient coverage throughout.

Within this phase, they choose which sprinkler heads are appropriate for each area of the lawn and whether there are planting beds that are also going to need irrigation. It is important that your design consists of head-to-head coverage for a well uniformed distribution of water.

For planting beds, drip irrigation is the most reliable way to deliver water directly to the root systems of each individual plant or shrub, thus eliminating wasteful watering to where it may not be needed.

Upgrades & Additions to Existing Systems

• Irrigation systems can always be re-designed for various reasons. Whether you are installing a new pool, building a deck, building an addition, or even re-routing your driveway, there is a high possibility that there will be pipes and sprinkler heads in your way. Seasonal Services List for Irrigation Systems

1. Spring Schedule: Consist of a complete and thorough review of your entire irrigation system. They will inspect the system for any leaks as well as the adjustments of all heads to ensure well uniformed coverage throughout your lawn. OTI’s experienced technicians will also set an appropriate watering cycle to the controller, one that will be reliable to withstand the rising temperatures of the season to give you a lush green lawn throughout the summer. At the completion of our inspection, we will provide any suggestions that may be considered in the future to further enhance the irrigation system.

2. Mid-Summer Schedule: Checkups are essential in making sure that your irrigation system is operating at a high level of efficiency in the most critical time of the season. We will review the operation of each zone, inspecting that all heads are properly adjusted and that there are no leaks in any of the piping. Updating the controller settings for a proper watering schedule to carry you through the remainder of the summer is also included in this service.

3. Fall Winterizations Schedule: Involve draining out all of the water from your backflow and copper pipes associated with the irrigation system to prevent freeze damage over the winter. We ‘blow out’ all your zones to prevent your underground pipes and heads from being damaged during the winter months. A properly winterized irrigation system will help ensure that everything is in working order come spring time saving you un-necessary repair expenses.
