Power Pressure Cooker XL

Do you use a pressure cooker? If you are like us, your parents and grandparents may have used one but you don’t own one. I remember that my mother had an avocado green one back in the 70’s. Well, times have changed. Today’s Power Pressure Cooker XL is not our parents pressure cooker.

It’s been a hot summer weekend and I am all barbequed out. The kids wanted pasta and the last thing I wanted to was boil water. I pulled out the Power Pressure Cooker XL and went online to check out their recipes. The cooker comes with 2 recipe books, one on canning/preserving and the other on foods for meals. I went with a ziti with meat sauce and it came out amazing AND in less than 10 minutes – with NO BOILING WATER.

This all cooked up in bowl in no time and the results pleased the entire family.
