Cranberry Meatballs – Easy Appetizers!
Cranberry meatballs are easy appetizers to make and are perfect for entertaining over the holidays. There are only 4 ingredients and they make a perfect hot appetizer and can be cooked it a sauce pan or heated in your slow cooker. We’ll be making a batch of these for Christmas Eve this year. The kids even love these – now that’s a win win.
Ingredients
Gather your ingredients and you are halfway there. The hardest part of this recipe is finding a parking spot at the supermarket this time of year.
- Cooked Perfect Italian Bite Size meatballs (we used approximately 1 lb of meatballs)
- 1 can of jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 Tablespoons of steak sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
Directions
- Combine the cranberry sauce, steak sauce and brown sugar in a saucepan on medium (or place in a slow cooker).
- Next add frozen meatballs and set burner temperature to LOW (or cooking on low setting until heated thoroughly in slow cooker).
- Cook on LOW until meatballs are heated through completely.
- Serve with toothpicks
