Artisan Sausage Tortellini Slow Cooker Soup

This is a ‘go-to’ family favorite in our home and it comes together will very little effort – now that’s a Mom’s Lifesaver. Our Artisan Sausage Tortellini Slow Cooker Soup (wow, that was a mouthful) was inspired from our evening at Kayem’s #ArtisanAffair and their artisan sausage line.

We used Kayem Sweet Pepper Provolone Artisan Sausage in our slow cooker soup and it made the flavors pop. Here are the other ingredients that you will need.

Ingredients

• 4 cups of vegetable broth
• 1 package of neufchatel or cream cheese
• 1 package of baby spinach
• 1 bag of frozen tortellini
• 1 package of Kayem Sweet Pepper Provolone Artisan Sausage
• 2 cans of diced tomatoes (we used garlic and olive oil flavor)
• slow cooker
