This Mom’s Lifesavers TIP came to me from an associate at a large home improvement store.

I was shopping with my daughter to get some chalkboard paint to up-cycle an old table for her club house. When I asked the associate where we could find it she suggested this instead:

Black Semi-Matte Eggshell Paint – the benefits are two fold.
     1. It is less expensive
     2. She said that it would adhere better and is truly washable. 

The home store uses this to paint their ‘chalkboards’ for store specials – it stays looking new longer and cleans off easily!
