This week we fought the flu, tasted summer, baked bread and crafted.

Nana’s Irish Soda Bread – this recipe has been in my family for years and I am so excited to share it with you. It is unlike any soda bread I have ever had from a store, and its the easiest recipe.
Since we are in the mood for all things green – check out these two simple and fun crafts for even the littlest hands. Our St. Patrick’s Day Lacing Craft – using some simple paper cutouts you can work on those fine motor skills. How about making a necklace for upcoming St. Patrick’s Day activities? We used festive paper straws to make these light and whimsical St. Patrick’s Day necklaces.
